Eliphalet Williams family papers, 1755-1810.

Primarily correspondence, and church, financial and legal records of an East Hartford minister and his family. Among Eliphalet papers are his notes while a student at Harvard, petitions to the church society for financial relief, and his will and estate inventory, 1800, 1803. Also included are school notes from Yale taken by Solomon Williams, 1742; estate papers of Eliphalet's wife Sarah, 1800,; correspondence and estate papers of his daughter Anne (called Nancy), 1777-1810; correspondence between his daughters Anne and Abigail, 1784-1799; daughter Fanny's diary, 1791-1792 and calligraphy work; and son Solomon's letters to his family, 1778-1808.
